We detected an unexpected failure in the FPC of one of our core routers at our Equinix SP4 POP at 8:50 PM GMT/UTC -3. The failure caused temporary traffic forwarding instability.
The situation has already been controlled by our engineering team, and the manufacturer, Juniper, has been contacted. The infrastructure remains stable, and the incident is under monitoring.
